1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by CallSigner LLC ("CallSigner", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CallSigner provides Branded Call Signing Services, including but not limited to STIR/SHAKEN implementation and the delivery of rich call data (Name, Logo, and Call Reason). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CallSigner, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during the Get Verified stage is accurate, complete, and that you have the legal right to use the telephone numbers and branding assets (logos/names) submitted.
• You will not use the service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent "spoofing" or telemarketing violations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Subscription

Service packages (Copper, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Custom) are billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of the branding services.

5. Verification and Compliance

CallSigner performs a robust validation of business identity. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that fails our verification process or is found to be in violation of STIR/SHAKEN industry standards or FCC regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

CallSigner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for 100% branded delivery, display performance may vary based on receiving carrier capabilities and end-user device support.

7. Intellectual Property

The CallSigner name, logo, and the technology behind our signing request system are the property of CallSigner LLC. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded logos and brand names used for call display.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
